How to Register
VRE Community meetings are open to members of the research community interested in the Virtual Research Environment development.
To join the meetings:
- Complete the brief online online registration form
- The organizers will review and confirm your registration.
- You will receive an email containing the meeting link and a calendar invitation.
The information you provide is collected in accordance with the privacy policies of the Virtual Research Environment and the third party hosting service Zoom US.
About the Meetings
The Virtual Research Environment is a collaborative project, developed for the research community and with the research community. We want to ensure that this development is open and accessible to all clinicians and scientists at Charité, BIH, and beyond. VRE Community Meetings are organized for members of the research community to discuss their projects and use cases and for the development team to update on new features and development activities.
When: Alternate Fridays at 16:00-17:00 Central European Time / 09:00-10:00 Eastern Time.
Where: Online (Zoom meeting)
Format:
- Welcome and introduction (~5 min)
- Development team updates (~15-20 min)
- Main discussion topic (e.g., researcher use case presentation, in-depth feature review or demo) (~35-40 min)
