4.9 File Query

You can search for specific files in your Project's Green Room or Core using the File Query feature. Files can be queried based on their name, size, uploader, or upload time. You can also query files based on their metadata, including File Attributes and Tags.

How to Search for a File or Group of Files

To search for a specific file or group of files, follow the steps below:

Navigate to your Project Landing Page and click the Search icon in the left-hand Sidebar
Select a Category from the dropdown list
Select a Condition from the list that appears
Enter the keyword or value(s) that you would like to search your Project files for
To add another search criteria, click the + icon
To search click the search icon
A list of the files that match your criteria will appear

Note: You can search for files in either the VRE Green Room or the VRE Core, use the radio buttons on the right-hand side of the search panel to switch your search location.
