How to Change or Reset your Password

If you require assistance logging into your Charité account or need to reset your password, please contact the Charite IT Helpdesk. 

Password Requirements

• Passwords must be between 5-80 characters
• Trivial and already compromised passwords as well as first names, family names, or usernames should not to be used (alone and exclusively or as part of the password)
• Passwords must be changed after confirmation or if there is a reasonable suspicion that they have been compromised or have been noticed by third parties
